Preparing Your Home
To achieve the very best results, clients are kindly asked to ensure the property is as presentation-ready as possible before the appointment.
- Declutter surfaces and remove unnecessary personal items where possible
- Make all beds and arrange cushions neatly
- Open blinds and curtains to maximise natural light
- Tidy gardens, patios and outdoor spaces
- Remove vehicles from the driveway where practical
- Ensure all light bulbs are working
- Secure pets during the appointment
Where possible, a vacant property is recommended during the appointment, as empty homes are generally quicker to photograph and allow each room to be captured from its best angle.
If the property is occupied, that is absolutely fine — it simply helps if it has been prepared in advance so Jenna can focus on creating the highest quality marketing.
